Summer Gerontological Grant Writing Course 

 

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES  

 

INTENDED AUDIENCE

This workshop was primarily developed for gerontological nurse faculty.  It is also appropriate for beginning nurse researchers to assist them in gaining knowledge of the key components of successful grant writing for both research and program project proposals.

Course Format

The course will consist of a series of faculty presentations and group discussions.  Participants will receive consultation in small groups on their proposals.  Participants will also make a short presentation of their proposal plans. 

   

CREDIT

21.9 Contact hours will be awarded

This CE activity is approved by Arkansas Nurses Association (ArNA).  ArNA is accredited as an approver of nursing continuing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center ’s Commission on Accreditation.
